It’s Wednesday at Lumavate and this week, we’ve got another new Whiteboard Wednesday video. Our VP of Advisory Services, Patrick Jutras, is bringing rich communication services (RCS) to the forefront. Until now, SMS was the frontrunner in text-based messaging, but we’re now seeing an upswing in companies using RCS messaging. Major brands are using RCS to create higher quality customer relationships, like using high-resolution pictures and read receipts for marketing messages directly to a user’s phone.
